Local delivery area
We deliver to the listed postal areas around Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown and San Marcos, Texas (TX). Postal borders differ from city borders: eligibility is determined by TX and a covered ZIP code, not the city name. ZIP+4 is accepted using its first five digits.
Delivery requires a street address; PO boxes are excluded. Addresses outside the listed TX ZIP codes are not eligible for delivery; free counter pickup remains available to everyone.

Nationwide carrier shipping is not available. We do not offer carrier shipping outside our local delivery area until it is configured.
Delivery charges
Local delivery is $15 for orders below $250, and free for orders of $250 or more. The threshold uses your merchandise total after discounts, before tax and delivery charges.
Delivery timing & cutoff
Total arrival time is 2–5 business days: 1–2 business days for handling plus 1–3 business days in transit.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. The order cutoff is 12 noon Central Time, Monday–Friday. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin handling the next business day.
Free counter pickup
Pickup is free at 10829 Jollyville Road, Austin, TX 78759. Select counter pickup at checkout as an alternative to local delivery.
