Information you provide
When you contact Cen-Tex, request pricing, create an account or provide purchase information, we use your email, contact details, messages and relevant order or invoice details to respond, manage your account and maintain your purchase records. Please do not include card numbers or other sensitive information in messages.
Accounts and historical purchases
Account access uses a secure sign-in session. Previous Wix purchase records, when imported, are matched to a verified account email, not your name. Wix passwords do not transfer. Draft invoices and unmatched historical records are restricted to store administrators. Issued invoices are available to the matched customer account.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose to allow analytics. It records page views and shopping interactions, phone and directions clicks, successful inquiries and verified live purchases when applicable. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and street addresses are excluded from these analytics event details. Your analytics choice is stored in this browser; use Analytics preferences in the footer to change it.
Services and external links
The website uses Lovable Cloud for hosted accounts and purchase records, and configured email services for requested account links and store correspondence. Delivery of an email depends on the sending service. Product images are hosted through Lovable. External map and social links open their respective services, which have their own privacy practices. Public Shop Events does not load Instagram embeds.
