Returns & refunds

Return requests
Request a return within 30 days after you receive or pick up your purchase. Products must be unused and unopened, with proof of purchase.
Email centexdetailsupply@gmail.com or call (512) 924-8744 first so we can provide return instructions.
Return methods & costs
We accept in-store returns at 10829 Jollyville Road, Austin, TX 78759. Mail returns only after receiving instructions from Cen-Tex. Never ship hazardous goods without our instructions.
There is no restocking fee. Customers pay return costs for change-of-mind returns. Cen-Tex covers reasonable return costs for incorrect or defective products; contact us first to arrange the return.
Refunds
After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Cancellations
Contact us to request cancellation before dispatch or preparation. Where practical, we will cancel without a fee.
